- 1 tub of Vegie Gourmet Carrot Spread
- 4 dori fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges to serve
methods
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place each fillet in baking paper. Spread the Carrot Spread evenly on top of each fish fillet.
- Drizzle the olive oil and wrap the fish with the paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
