Baked Fish Fillets with

  • 1 tub of Vegie Gourmet Carrot Spread
  • 4 dori fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges to serve

methods

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place each fillet in baking paper. Spread the Carrot Spread evenly on top of each fish fillet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and wrap the fish with the paper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
