- 1 tub of Vegie Gourmet Chunky Spinach & Garlic Dip
- 3 green onions (shallots) thinly sliced
- 2 whole eggs lightly whisked
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 600g minced skinless fish fillets
- ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper
methods
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until uniformed.
- Using wet hands form 8 patties and place on the prepared tray.
- Bake for 8 minutes until golden brown and serve.
