Party Garlic & Spinach Damper with

  • 1 tub of Vegie Gourmet Chunky Spinach & Garlic Dip
  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 75g of butter

methods

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking paper in a tray.
  2. Combine flour, salt, sugar and rub the butter into the mixture.
  3. Add Chunky Spinach & Garlic Dip.
  4. Add milk, stir until mixture forms a sticky dough, adding extra cold water if necessary. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until just smooth. Shape dough into 20cm round and place it on prepared tray.
  5. Using a sharp knife, score dough top of damper into 8 wedges. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving with dips.
