- 1 tub of Vegie Gourmet Chunky Spinach & Garlic Dip
- 3 cups self raising flour
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 75g of butter
methods
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking paper in a tray.
- Combine flour, salt, sugar and rub the butter into the mixture.
- Add Chunky Spinach & Garlic Dip.
- Add milk, stir until mixture forms a sticky dough, adding extra cold water if necessary. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until just smooth. Shape dough into 20cm round and place it on prepared tray.
- Using a sharp knife, score dough top of damper into 8 wedges. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving with dips.
