- 1 Lentil Spread
- 1 baguette cut into 12 slices
- 100g fetta cheese cut into 12 slices
- 12 rocket leaves washed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
methods
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them into a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Spread the Lentil Spread on each slice.
- Add a slice of fetta followed by a rocket leave.
- Serve.
