Lentil & Fetta Crostini with

  • 1 Lentil Spread
  • 1 baguette cut into 12 slices
  • 100g fetta cheese cut into 12 slices
  • 12 rocket leaves washed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them into a baking tray.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Spread the Lentil Spread on each slice.
  5. Add a slice of fetta followed by a rocket leave.
  6. Serve.
